The Best-in-Class (BIC) CIO-SP3 GWAC is a 10-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with active ordering through 2022 and a contract ceiling of $20 billion. CIO-SP3 provides government agencies a with a broad scope of IT-related services. There are 137 labor categories for task orders in support of everything IT. This GWAC’s technical scope includes 10 task areas (TA):
