Our employee resource groups

Our Employee Resource Group (ERGs) Program supports our thriving, global employee community. These voluntary ERGs help create an environment where all employees are valued for their contributions and reflect the diversity of the communities where we work. Our ERG members regularly engage in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) outreach activities to recruit and retain diverse talent.
ASCEND
ASCEND provides a platform for Pan-Asian employees and allies across the company to promote professional development, support retention, and raise cultural awareness. ASCEND stands for ASian Cohort of Employees Networking for Diversity.
BELIEVE
As our first chartered global ERG, BELIEVE is an employee community focused on attracting, retaining, empowering, and inspiring Black employees. This is achieved by supporting members through professional development, mentoring, and networking activities. BELIEVE stands for Black Employees Leading in Innovation, Enthusiasm, Vision, and Excellence.
Leadr
Our LEADR ERG aims to create a space for dialogue, mentorship, and professional development to help emerging professionals advance their skills and careers. LEADR stands for Learn, Evolve, Advance, Develop, and Recruit.
Professional Women's Network
Our Professional Women’s Network (PWN) is our oldest, grassroots ERG and was founded by graduates of our Leadership Academy. PWN supports women at all stages of their careers and celebrates women innovators.
Salute
SALUTE connects military veterans, current servicemembers, military spouses, and allies to support our employee community, give back to our local community, and support transitioning veterans.
TetrAbility
Our TetrAbility ERG supports employees with disabilities and allies who make vital contributions in our workplaces to engage in dialogue and exchange resources on topics such as access, inclusion, advocacy, communication, and caregiving and support an environment where all employees are valued for their contributions.
Tetra Pride
Our Tetra Pride ERG provides a forum and safe space for Tetra Tech’s LGBTQIA+ community and allies throughout our global employee community to engage in dialogue and exchange resources on topics such as allyship, outreach, mentoring, and networking and to ensure all of us can bring our authentic selves to work.
Voces
Voces is a community for Latino and Hispanic employees and allies from across our global operations. Voces means “voices” in Spanish and “you” in Portuguese, emphasizing to our employees that your voice counts.
