The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Unrestricted Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) (HHSN316200029W) provides government agencies with a broad scope of IT-related services.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) awarded the CIO-SP3 GWAC to Tetra Tech, Inc. as the lead member of the Health Informatics and Information Technology Solutions (HIITS) Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA), effective June 1, 2012.

The Best-in-Class (BIC) CIO-SP3 GWAC is a 10- year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with active ordering through 2022 and a contract ceiling of $20 billion. There are 137 labor categories for task orders in support of everything IT. Ten task areas (TA) constitute the technical scope of this GWAC:
