The machine-readable files in the links below contain information related to Tetra Tech’s group health plan which disclose both in-network rates and out-of-network allowed amount and billed charges. The U.S. Departments of Labor, Treasury, and Health and Human Services intend these machine-readable files to promote health insurance literacy, consumerism, and competition and generally are not intended for use by Plan participants.
