Communication is critical to managing a successful project team. My approach is to be proactive with my team and clients to find solutions to complex problems. Clear and open communication enables our operations to run smoothly and efficiently to support our clients’ goals. In addition, I do my best to mentor the early career engineers I manage and lead by example. I am proud of the projects and teams I lead.

Question:

How do you maintain client satisfaction across a variety of complex projects?

When managing complex projects, building trust with our clients is our priority. As a project manager, I assure the client that they are in good hands through to the project’s completion. It is important to be calm when challenges arise and work collaboratively to find solutions to ensure the project is on schedule and on budget. Our teams are committed to delivering high-quality deliverables and services to our clients through every stage of the project.
