Jim Wu

Since joining the company in 2009, Mr. Wu has held progressively senior roles spanning corporate development, investor relations, treasury, and corporate finance. He currently leads Tetra Tech’s corporate development activities, with a focus on acquisitions that are closely aligned with the company’s growth strategy and Leading with Science® approach. Mr. Wu has supported Tetra Tech in the completion of more than 50 acquisitions, adding differentiated technical capabilities and expanding the company’s geographic and market presence.

Mr. Wu also leads Tetra Tech’s investor relations and corporate communications activities, including engagement with the investment community on the company’s financial performance, strategy, and long-term growth opportunities. Working closely with senior management, he contributes his corporate development and capital markets perspective to capital allocation and other strategic financial decisions. Mr. Wu previously led Tetra Tech’s treasury function for eight years, overseeing corporate finance, capital structure, and financing. 

Prior to joining Tetra Tech, Mr. Wu worked in investment banking at Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
