Gloria Meola

Ms. Meola leads corporate business development initiatives that advance Tetra Tech’s organic growth. Since joining the Company in 1996, she has held a broad range of marketing and business development roles within Tetra Tech’s operations. Since 2017 she has led Tetra Tech’s company-wide business development support team that partners with our global operations to position and win our most strategic pursuits. Her experience spans capture strategy, competitive analysis, teaming, proposal development, and technical and persuasive writing.

Ms. Meola blends her analytical, creative, and consulting expertise to advance Tetra Tech’s largest pursuits across our global government and commercial markets. She has led multi-billion-dollar proposals and strategic pursuits to grow our business with the U.S. federal government (Army, Navy, Air Force, NASA, DOS, DOT, DHS) and global commercial customers. Ms. Meola holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Montclair State University.
