Erin Toelke

Ms. Toelke focuses on advancement of Tetra Tech’s leadership and excellence in key large growth markets that span our worldwide operations. She has more than 25 years of consulting experience, 12 with Tetra Tech, leading multidisciplinary environmental and energy projects and global client accounts. She has held multiple client account and sales leadership roles focused on growth of full-service solutions for commercial and utility clients. Most recently, Ms. Toelke has led Tetra Tech’s global power and energy growth initiative, where she collaborates with operations to leverage specialized technical expertise, local resources, and global experience to provide high-end solutions for our clients.

She has extensive experience with strategic recruitment, integration of acquisitions, and development of new service areas. Building on her expertise in environmental consulting, Ms. Toelke has worked closely with critical global clients to help them navigate the rapidly changing regulatory requirements in the United States and pivot to diversified energy sources.  She is facilitating global response to bringing full life cycle expertise to our global data center clients beginning with early-stage feasibility and permitting services for the emerging data center market. 

Ms. Toelke has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University.
