Alliant 3

Alliant 3 is the US General Services Administration (GSA) next-generation Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for information technology services.

Alliant 3 is structured as a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle enabling federal agencies to quickly acquire complex, enterprise-wide IT solutions securely and at scale. Alliant 3 supports the full lifecycle of IT services across civilian and defense agencies by offering a pre-competed, rigorously vetted pool of highly qualified industry partners. With an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) designation as a preferred governmentwide solution, Alliant 3 is a cornerstone of GSA’s IT acquisition strategy and a critical tool for enabling agencies to modernize systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and deliver results to the American public.

Services Covered under Alliant 3

Alliant 3 provides maximum flexibility in acquiring an IT services-based solution for any conceivable IT services-based requirement, driving government savings through efficiencies and improved reporting data with greater integrity, while maintaining an “Anything IT Anywhere” philosophy. In-scope services cover any and all components of an integrated IT services-based solution, including all current leading-edge technologies and any new technologies, which may emerge during the Period of Performance. The scope of services is designed to align with the most current FEA and DoD IEA Reference Models, so as technology evolves over time the scope of services will evolve, too. By nature of the alignment to FEA and DoD IEA the scope takes into consideration that Task Order Requirements are permitted to include any emerging IT services as they arise during the entire term of the contract.
