NASPO ValuePoint is a Cooperative Purchasing Program representing a consortium of procurement officials for all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This master agreement authorizes the Tetra Tech Federal IT Group’s EGlobalTech to establish participating addendums with the states and/or participating entities within those states to provide cloud solutions. The State of Utah is the designated Lead State and procurement authority for this contract.
