In general, if your background and qualifications appear to be a match to the position requirements, the recruitment specialist will contact you for a brief qualifying phone interview. In some cases, a member of the hiring department handles this initial screening. If you are selected to move forward in the interview process, you will be invited to interview in-person (or face-to-face using a technology platform) with the hiring manager. Depending on the role, you may also be asked to interview with other members of the department and/or senior management. The interview process allows you to learn as much as you can about the group, the role, the expectations, and the growth opportunities.
