Water Analysis
We provide a complete water analysis service for our clients including project management, sampling services, refrigerated transport, testing, data management, and reporting.
Our testing covers the full range of analyses, from routine environmental pollutants through to priority pollutants, emerging contaminants, and endocrine disrupting chemicals (e.g., PFAS, dechloranes, chloroalkanes, antimicrobials and olfactory parameters). Our methods are set up to cover ground water, surface waters, untreated sewage, effluents, and leachates.
We have decades of deep expertise in water analysis having worked alongside several water utility companies on their Chemical Investigation Programme (CIP) testing, from CIP1 through to CIP4. We also work for several other clients ranging from consultancies through to the Environment Agency, Defra, Natural Resources Wales, and the UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR) body.
Our laboratories specialise in trace and ultra-trace analysis of organic and inorganic contaminants, and our site teams provide sampling and refrigerated transport of samples in compliance with various regulatory guidelines. The laboratories hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for a wide range of water analysis parameters to comply with Environmental Quality Standards (EQS), the Water Framework Directive (WFD), the Ground Water Directive (GWD) as well as the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED).
