Roger R. Argus

Mr. Argus was named Chief Executive Officer in February 2026, and has served as President since October 2025. He is a chemical engineer with more than 40 years of experience, including more than 30 years with Tetra Tech. Mr. Argus has assumed multiple roles in operational leadership, and program and project management, and quality assurance for projects encompassing a broad spectrum of environmental, engineering, and emergency management services. He also has been responsible for managing multidisciplinary contracts and projects in support of the U.S. federal government (i.e., Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, and the Environmental Protection Agency), state and municipal agencies, and private clients nationwide. The scope of his technical experience includes planning and directing environmental field investigations, engineering feasibility studies and designs, construction management, and research and development support for innovative environmental technologies and waste treatment systems. Mr. Argus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
