Tetra Tech has conducted impact, process, and market evaluations of more than 500 energy efficiency and demand response programs for more than 50 utilities and energy agencies across North America.

Tetra Tech researchers, energy engineers, and business analysts work on the full range of evaluation, measurement, and verification engagements—from targeted, program-specific evaluations to comprehensive, multi-year portfolio evaluations with multiple stakeholders.

Tetra Tech plans its energy program evaluation strategies and timelines so results can be used to make timely adjustments in program design and implementation. Our goal is to improve program performance relative to committed resources and to determine accurate and defensible impacts.
