Tetra Tech uses our engineering design and construction experience to provide Title II oversight—design reviews, incidental design, construction supervision, and maintenance and repair services—to the MoD and DoD and the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency. We implement best practice quality assurance techniques and maintain compliance with all international codes and standards. Our teams lead renovation and repair efforts that improve the efficiency and health and safety of installations. This includes the changeout of aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) or per- and polyfluoralkyl substances (PFAS) and perfluoroctane sulfonate/perfluorooctanic acid (PFOS/PFOA) -containing fire suppressants in Curacao, Germany, and the UK.

Tetra Tech’s expert geoscientists and engineers conduct site investigation, remedial design, remedial action, and long-term monitoring to address chemical, biological, and munitions threats. We have investigated complex fractured geology and performed unexploded ordnance (UXO) screenings in locations throughout Europe, Central Asia, and the Mediterranean.
