OneEleven, a Luxury Residential Building in Chicago
Tetra Tech’s High Performance Buildings Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services for a new residential tower at 111 West Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois.

This tower is an addition to an existing 28-story structural frame from a planned 89-story hotel building whose superstructure was never completed. The project adds an additional 30 stories on top of the existing structural frame to create a 970,000-square-foot, 58-story building with 504 luxury apartments. The project also includes ground-floor signature retail and restaurant spaces as well as an 8-story, 400-space parking garage integrated into the tower. The project is LEED Gold.
