Tetra Tech’s High Performance Buildings group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, information technology, and security services for this expansion of the New World Symphony performing arts center in Miami Beach, Florida.

The new 90,000 square foot facility for the Orchestral Academy includes performance spaces, stage and performer supporter areas, administrative offices, teaching and practice spaces, and a 250,000 square foot open garage. This project was designed in Revit.
