Because I'm born and raised in south Louisiana, I have a keen interest in the coastal efforts we're performing within the state. We're expanding the geographic nesting area for Louisiana's state bird along with thousands of other birds. We're developing the idea, we'll do the surveys, and we'll oversee the construction through completion. Working with people in the local community is a pleasure, because I know their passion and I feel the same way.
