Tetra Tech Presented at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s 10th World Congress

The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) is the world’s leading resource for professionals focused on the inception, design, construction, and operation of tall buildings and future cities. Tetra Tech was a sponsor of CTBUH’s 10th World Congress in Chicago, Illinois, on the council’s 50th anniversary.

Tetra Tech’s High Performance Buildings Group shared insights and expertise during the conference. This conference was a great opportunity to learn about the latest advances in skyscraper typology and the growing demand for more efficient performance benchmarks for urban development and the future of sustainable cities.

Stuart Fowler, CEO of NDY, A Tetra Tech Company, participated in a panel discussion about high performance buildings in Asia. Stuart’s fellow panelists included representatives from Sun Hang Kai Properties, which is one of the largest developers in Hong Kong, and CallisonRTKL.

Tetra Tech also was a sponsor of the International Student Tall Building Design Competition. Steve Straus, President of Glumac, A Tetra Tech Company, represented Tetra Tech on the jury for the student design competition.
