Letter from the CEO
Tetra Tech values partnership both internally and externally. In working with suppliers, Tetra Tech is committed to being an excellent partner and mentor, consistent with our desire to lead with science and develop approaches to best serve our global customers.
We have established a Small Business and Partnerships Council to identify and promote partnerships and to coordinate best practices across Tetra Tech. We recognize the value of collaboration and partnership with native, aboriginal, and First Nations interests—sharing a common respect for the environment, sustainability values, and native rights. Specific to our work with U.S. federal agencies, Tetra Tech has established subcontracting policies across our broad federal customer base to recognize and encourage partnering with small and disadvantaged businesses. Involvement of these partners in our global subcontracting initiatives also supports the socioeconomic goals of our government and commercial customers.
When combined with Tetra Tech’s considerable capabilities and expertise, value-added partnerships with external companies and suppliers enhance the services we provide to our customers.
