Jill M. Hudkins
President, Resilient and Sustainable Infrastructure Division
Ms. Hudkins has nearly 30 years of experience in the engineering consulting industry, including 23 years with Tetra Tech. She has served Tetra Tech in numerous capacities including project manager, operations manager, operating unit leader, and strategy leader. Ms. Hudkins currently leads Tetra Tech’s Strategic Growth Initiatives program and has served as the company’s One Water Growth Initiative lead for more than five years, driving collaboration, strategy, and growth across our company globally. Additionally, she has been instrumental in the development and execution of Tetra Tech’s digital water strategy, building multidisciplinary teams to solve complex water system modernization challenges and support water agencies on their digital transformation journey.
Ms. Hudkins has led the planning and advancement of integrated water resources and advanced treatment strategies for the implementation of seawater, brackish water, and potable and non-potable reuse water programs. She was the lead engineer for more than a dozen state-of-the-art membrane softening and desalination drinking water facilities, as well as lead engineer for first-of-their-kind hollow fiber membrane filtration applications for surface water and wastewater treatment facilities. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University, and a Master of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
