Tetra Tech Advances to Silver Partner in Colorado’s Environmental Leadership Program

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s (CDPHE) presented Tetra Tech with the Environmental Leadership Program Silver Partner Award at their annual meeting in October 2014.
The Environmental Leadership Program is a statewide environmental recognition and reward program administered by CPHE's Division of Environmental Health and Sustainability. This award recognizes companies that go above and beyond requirements in environmental excellence, leadership, and sustainability.
The CPDHE presented Tetra Tech with the Environmental Leadership Program Silver Partner Award at their annual meeting in October 2014. For two years in a row, the Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company has nominated Tetra Tech to receive this prestigious recognition.
Tetra Tech was nominated and honored for our recent work at Lockheed Martin where we assisted in removing more than two million gallons of hazardous wastewater from our client’s waste stream and reduced potable water consumption for our client by more than five million gallons per year. Our team was also recognized for our work helping clients reach their renewable energy goals through permitting, compliance, and project management services. Tetra Tech provided services for a major energy company for some of the largest utility-scale solar facilities being built in the United States, including permitting in Colorado.
The program is designed to foster good partnerships; reward environmental improvements; and create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Colorado. The program offers benefits and incentives to members that voluntarily go beyond compliance with state and federal regulations and are committed to continual environmental improvement.
