Luc Robitaille is Tetra Tech’s January 2021 Project Manager of the Month
Project managers (PM) are the face of Tetra Tech to every client and are the people who ensure that our project work is done to the highest standards of quality and fiscal discipline. Tetra Tech CEO Dan Batrack honors those who work at the highest level of excellence with our PM of the Month award.

Stephane Gagnon, head of Tetra Tech’s Municipal Water group in QuébecLuca Mucciarone is a PM and mechanical engineer based in Tetra Tech’s Pickering, Ontario, office where he effectively manages multidisciplinary projects and fosters lasting client-team relationships.
Luc is a PM and instrumentation and control (I&C) systems expert based in Tetra Tech’s Québec City, Québec, office. He has worked with Tetra Tech since 1994 and manages 4 complex real-time control (RTC) projects and a few other I&C projects for wastewater management, pollution, and flood control throughout Canada and the United States. He also leads our I&C water resources team in Québec City. His division has received international recognition and awards for designing and implementing RTC solutions for sewer collection systems.
“For 26 years, Luc has brought tremendous value to the company, not only through his technical expertise and management of high-end engineering projects, such as the design and implementation of RTC systems for wastewater collection networks and stormwater management but because of his commitment and mindset toward project management,” said Stephane Gagnon, head of Tetra Tech’s Municipal Water group in Québec.

Luc uses his PM and leadership skills when he needs to challenge design solutions and interact with both his team’s technical experts and our clients’ technical representatives to achieve final high-quality deliverables. He also has been recognized by clients and colleagues for excellent team spirit and enthusiasm during the execution of his projects. As a team leader, Luc mentors his colleagues so they can fulfill their potential in a positive working environment.
"It is a great honor for me to receive this recognition,” said Luc. “Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to work with great managers, so I need to share some of the credit with them. We also have a great team in our offices in Québec and Montreal—there’s a lot of cooperation between team members. This just pushes me further to do better!”
