His nearly 40 years of experience encompasses work as an engineer and project manager on a broad range of water resources, floodplain management, ecological restoration, and stormwater management projects across the United States. William’s expertise includes preparing dozens of stormwater master plans and utility assessments; floodplain mapping modifications; integrated water planning, stormwater Best Management Practices and permit compliance; site development and floodplains regulations; wetland creation, restoration, and enhancement; multinodal storm event modeling; and continuous modeling in landlocked basins. William is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, and Colorado.
