Through the Information Technology Support Services Contract (ITSSC) contract, Tetra Tech provides full life cycle information technology support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization’s (ATO’s) 35,000 users as well as many enterprise applications. Through this contract, Tetra Tech provides more comprehensive support for ATO applications than any other solutions provider.

For this effort, Tetra Tech assembled a high-performance team to partner with ATO to help achieve its mission and program goals. Our team has a unique understanding of the ATO environment and brings highly trained and experienced professionals with extensive technical and management expertise to respond to mission-critical and dynamic situations.

Under ITSSC, Tetra Tech is providing critical information technology support services to ATO in the following areas:

• Database development and operations management
• Applications helpdesk support
• Business intelligence and information delivery solutions
• Desktop support for software development and business intelligence activities
• Security certification
• Configuration management
• Continuous process and product improvement

Tetra Tech continues to yield positive results and a high degree of customer satisfaction from our work. For example, our three-tiered operational support services system achieves more than 99 percent call resolution, supporting numerous enterprise applications critical to ATO business operations. The team also continues to develop and maintain many key enterprise applications and deliver Oracle-based business intelligence solutions.

The Tetra Tech team also is collaborating with ATO on a critical applications modernization effort to provide an integrated service-based toolset that will provide enhanced support to the business functions of ATO. This effort focuses on business needs and sound IT requirements that support those needs and will result in reusable components that provide enterprise-wide integrated applications capabilities.
