
Located in the heart of Orlando, Florida, Baldwin Park was once a naval training center. Tetra Tech served as a member of the Orlando Partnering Team for the comprehensive site planning, investigation, and restoration of the entire property. The work involved the remediation of 27 individual sites, the removal of more than 230 storage tanks, and the remediation of 276 acres of contaminated property. A 16-month demolition and recycling process resulted in the dismantling and recycling of 256 buildings, 200 miles of underground utilities, and 25 miles of roads.
