Parkland Pipeline, a Tetra Tech Company, recently completed the construction of a 34-kilometer natural gas, nominal pipe size, 20-inch pipeline for ATCO Gas and Pipelines, Ltd.

This pipeline connects to the existing Bens Lake compressor station in the Edmonton area and was built to support the forecasted natural gas shortfall in the region beginning in the winter of 2014.

Tetra Tech’s scope of work included various facility and below-ground pipeline installation. This Alberta-based pipeline company has an exceptional safety record and the contractors that ATCO selects must adhere to their same rigorous health and safety standards. The Tetra Tech team completed this project without a lost-time incident.
