
Since 2003, Tetra Tech subsidiary BPR has provided a wide range of services to Iron Ore of Canada from offices located on client premises at the Carol Lake Plant and Mine in Labrador City (Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada). BPR is managing around 80 projects per year, representing an annual capital investment of between CND $50 to $60 million Capex.
BPR’s mandate covers program management, program controls (planning, estimating, cost control); and project management and construction management.
