The site is located in northern Saskatchewan, Canada. Wardrop, A Tetra Tech Company, working in an alliance with Cameco, is conducting a number of projects including electrical upgrades for the existing plant, a new oxygen plant, new steam and sulphuric acid plants, and the refurbishment of the product-end of the mill operation. The projects are at various stages from pre-feasibility to implementation. The projects are executed utilizing an EPCM-type project delivery model and with the Cameco-Wardrop alliance’s best-practice EPCM processes and personnel. Wardrop is helping to providing effective people, processes, and systems in the areas of project management, project controls, engineering, and construction management.
